Dead Sea Museum

The Dead Sea is a lake located in the Negev Desert along the Israel-Jordan border. Besides being the lowest place on Earth, it is known for its salty water. Because of the high saline continent, no fish can survive the lake, which is why it is known as the “Dead Sea.” The Dead Sea is a popular tourist spot for Israelis and tourists visiting the region. One of the tourist attractions along the lake is the Dead Sea Panorama. This complex opened in 2006 to provide visitors with a viewing location of the Dead Sea and establish education opportunities like the Dead Sea Museum. Other attractions include the Panorama Restaurant, Zara Cliff Walking Trail, and the Love Walk Wall. The Dead Sea Panorama is also a popular location to host corporate events.
